We recommend hiring a car that has good height as the local country roads are uneven. The apartment is in a nature reserve in the mountains, a 10 minute walk to Kfar Elim and a 15 minute drive to almost every beach on the island. The apartment is surrounded by vines and olive groves, guests can enjoy a Byzantine walking path, bicycle tracks and extensive, relaxing gardens.

The house runs on solar energy, which is more than adequate for day to day living, taking the 'off grid' nature of the location into consideration.
While charging your phone is of course totally fine, unfortunately it is not possible to use heavy electrical devices such as a hair dryer, an iron or any device that consumes more than 300 watts, so this maybe the perfect opportunity to detox from city life.
